1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the TSS Locker application (including the Windows client and Android APK), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Responsibility of Keys
TSS Locker utilizes zero-knowledge architecture. This means we cannot recover your password or your data if you lose your encryption keys. You are solely responsible for memorizing or securely storing your master password.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
4. "As Is" Warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
